Case studies wanted
The British Youth Council has been commissioned by Public Health
England (PHE) to develop a toolkit to support school nurses in the
care and service they provide. This practical toolkit will be full
of useful resources and guidance to help school nurses best engage
young people and involve them in the design, delivery and review of
Do you consult with young people regarding the quality or the
type of service you provide? Has your school nursing team won an
award for a young person led project? Do you involve children and
young people in promoting public health initiatives? Have you
facilitated young people to have an impact on the service?
We are looking for case studies that highlight examples of good
practice in working with children and young people to help shape
and inform the toolkit. We are also hoping to showcase the best
ones in the toolkit itself. If you, your team or your wider
Trust/organisation are leading the way in participation and
engagement, we want to hear from you!
